Each class will start with a 5–10-minute stretch and warm-up exercises. This class is for all individuals who would like to participate in a fun, unique, and exciting belly dance-based fitness class that combines stretching, pelvic muscle strength building, balance exercises, shimmies, core moves, muscle isolation, and a fun variety of Egyptian Cabaret style Belly Dance moves with our own unique twist and flair! Last, we will do 5-10 minutes of cool-down exercises and stretches.
