Childress Vineyards is seeking a dependable and detail-oriented Winery Housekeeper to support the cleanliness and presentation of our facility. This role plays a key part in maintaining a welcoming environment for our guests and staff by ensuring that all public, private, and event spaces are clean, orderly, and presentable.

Key Responsibilities:
-Perform routine cleaning tasks, including sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, dusting, and disinfecting surfaces.
-Clean and maintain restrooms, tasting rooms, offices, and event spaces throughout the day.
-Empty trash and recycling bins and manage waste according to safety and sanitation standards.
-Restock restroom and cleaning supplies and report inventory needs to the Director of Hospitality.
-Ensure all areas meet cleanliness and presentation standards for winery guests and events -Support occasional deep cleaning projects and seasonal tasks.
-Follow all safety guidelines and cleanliness protocols.

Other Duties Qualifications:
-Prior experience in hospitality, janitorial, or commercial cleaning.
-Strong attention to detail and high standards of cleanliness.
-Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
-Must be dependable, professional, and able to follow a routine cleaning schedule.
-Ability to lift up to 30 lbs and stand, bend, and move for extended periods. Must be available to work weekends, evenings, and holidays as needed.
